Delivery Information

  • All orders placed online will receive an "In Process" acknowledgement.
  • All confirmed orders will receive an "Order Confirmed" acknowledgement indicating order number which that the order is processed.
  • Free delivery zones from Johor Bahru City up to: Kota Tinggi, Pasir Gudang, Kulai and PTP Port Tanjung Pelepas.
  • For gifts sending to out Johor area (example: Kluang, Batu Pahat, etc), we will impose a higher delivery surcharge.

  • For urgent order using the 120-minutes Express service, please call Noel Gifts at Tel : (07) 3556888 (Hunting) to check with our Customer Service Officers on duty. A nominal charge of RM30 will be levied upon acceptance of the order. Please note that the 120-minutes will commence at the point which the order is accepted and confirmed. (Urgent orders will only be processed during our normal office hours. We apologized for any inconvenience.)
  • Subject to our acceptance and is not valid 7days before festive seasons.


How Do I Pay for my Order?

  • VISA / MASTERCARD - Pay either by Visa or Mastercard .We also accept e-debit cards (MEPS). You can either pay online through our electronic payment gateway or by phone. Our Customer Service will call up for credit card details.
  • Special Service - We also provide special service where we send our 'Bill Collector' to your place to collect cheque or cash.

Terms and Condition for Individual Payment

  • No credit terms orders by walk in customer.
  • For those by fax or telephone orders payment must be make immediately or after delivery.
  • Internet orders please provide complete credit card details.
  • Any payment thus transfer to our bank accounts must provide their bank payslip by fax to us written with your full name and valid phone number. If not we considered did not received the payment.
  • Any individual orders from a company shall not bill to the company account unless there is an authorised letter and signed by the director or person in charged.
  • All new customer payment by cheques, orders can only be executed after the cheques have been cleared.


Change of Particulars

  • Any change of particulars (e.g. recipient's address, messages … etc.) must be made within 24 hours before delivery. You may use our Customer Service Inquiry Form to make the ammenments.
    Recipient's address must be correct and to ensure that someone is there to receive the gift.
  • In cases of re-send, we will charge a touch up and re-delivery fee of not more than 50% of the original selling price.


Substitution

  • Noel reserves the right to substitute any item with another of equivalent or higher value depending on stock availability.
  • Prices are subject to change on festive seasons such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Chinese New Year etc.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Get it there on time

  • If our florist is out of a particular decorative element, i.e. a specific basket, vase, plush, etc., the florist may substitute a similar element of equal or greater value.
  • In the event an item of the hamper is out of stock, we will replace it with an appropriate item of equal or higher value

Make it fresh and beautiful

  • We select the most creative florists to be on our team who professionally recreate our designs based on their creative interpretation. The "look and feel" of our arrangements featured will remain the same, with our florists paying careful attention to overall shape, size, style, and color combinations.
  • Our florist will use only the freshest flowers, and so will make substitutions depending on seasonal and regional availability.
  • Fresh Fruits is dependent on seasonal availability. We will carefully hand pick all our fruits at their freshest stage for your recipient.


Cancellation of Order

  • Cancellation of order must be made 24 hours in advance before the delivery time. Failing which, a cancellation fee of 50% of the selling price is chargeable.
  • In the event the order is delivered, the full purchase amount will apply.
  • Kindly use the Customer Service Inquiry Form to advise us.


Customers Databases/Privacy

  • Customer information is not sold to or shared with any other parties without prior consent of our customers.
